Refund policy

Refunds or exchanges:

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.  Please contact me within 7 days of delivery.  

Items may be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.  Cancellations request must be made within 24 hours of purchase. 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Above all I want you to be thrilled with your jewelry and transaction.  If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me so we can make it right.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sundog Jewelry, 200 S. Silverlake #1 FLN, Oconomowoc WI 53066, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
